# Logging Into the ITLL Account Portal

The first step to using the ITLL Account Portal is to Log In. Use your normal Identikey credentials.

# Signing Up for an Event

To sign up for an Event, click Events > All Upcoming Events > \[navigate to an event\] > Register > Get Ticket > \[fill out a quick survey\] > Finish Signup. If the event is paid, you will then be prompted to proceed to payment, but all workshops at the ITLL are currently free! You should receive and email confirmation of your ticket reservation.

# Canceling a Ticket

Sometimes, you aren't able to attend a workshop you signed up for. That's understandable, plans change. That said, don't take up a slot that another student may need! If you cannot attend a workshop, please remember to cancel your ticket by clicking Events > My Events > Upcoming Events > \[select event that you wish to cancel\] > Cancel My Ticket > \[confirm\].

# Viewing Workshop History

Sometimes, your professor will ask for proof that you've completed a given workshop at the ITLL. You can provide that proof by taking a screenshot of your Past Events page, reached by navigating through Events > My Events > Past Events.

By clicking these events, you can also see the workshop's description, links, and attachments.

# Submitting a Request

Requests are where you can submit forms to make a variety of requests including 3D printing, item fabrication in the Manufacturing Center (including Printed Circuit Boards and Stencils). On the Home page, click on Requests, then on the box containing the type of request you want to submit.
